I have contacted TP-Link, but still waiting to hear back from them. I have tried connecting to two different routers but still can't get the card to work. Often the card will disconnect minutes later and the wireless access point disappears from the list of wireless networks never to be seen again, unless I reinstall the driver. Or connect, inform me I have internet access and a strong signal but upon loading web pages they just hang. They install properly but then the card will connect to my router, but lose the connection. For firmware, drivers, user guide, utility or any other download resources, please select the product model number through the search engine or the tab list. I have tried using the drivers supplied on the disk that came with the card. But still cannot install the latest drivers properly. I have reformatted the computer twice (with no Anti Virus or any other software on it apart from Windows 7) in order to try and get the drivers to install, pressed F8 while windows 7 was starting to disable driver signature enforcement. To get round this I booted into safe mode and then tried to install them, but Windows informs me that the driver hasn’t installed properly. I tried downloading the latest drivers from TP-Links website however Windows 7 informs me that the drivers are not digitally signed. I have tried to install it in a Dell XPS 8300 with a Windows 7 64-bit operating system. I was wondering if anyone could help please? I recently purchased a TP-Link: TL-WDN4800 wireless PCI-express card.
